Due to dynamic growth of our Transaction Advisory Services Division, part of Management Consulting Department, for our Warsaw office, we are currently looking for:

 Finance Analyst

You have around 2-3 years audit, due diligence, UE structured funds financing or corporate finance experience gained within a professional advisory company, bank  or you currently work at the financial controller level in commerce with a strategic / restructuring / acquisitions / mergers or re-finance background. Proven track record of executed projects is essential. If you have already commenced CFA or ACCA trainings (or polish relevant titles) this will be an additional advantage.

The role will involve working on Corporate Finance engagements primarily including advisory in external capital raising (UE structured funds advisory including), company disposals and acquisitions, preparation of valuations and financial projections,  as well as conducting financial due diligence. Together with other team members you will be responsible for preparing the top quality deliverables.

You are result oriented, willing and capable to learn quickly and a good team player. You are fluent in English and have experience in financial modeling.
