On the 7th of June 2011 a contract was concluded between Polish Agency of the Enterprise Development and Świętokrzyskie voivodeship for the implementation of the project „ Construction of the Końskie bypass on the regional Road No 728” financed from the Operational Programme: Development of the Eastern Poland. The contract was signed for 104 338 139,00 PLN including co-financing from the structural funds amounting to 82 322 250,00 PLN. The subject of this project is the construction of about 4 km of a new road constituting a bypass of the town of Końskie along the regional Road No 728 as well as the extension of 12 km of the voivodship road no 728 connecting the town of Sielpia with Końskie. WYG International was responsible for both creating the application documents as well as a building permit design and the environment al impact report.
